The Day
As we hit day 8 of the new year I have hit day three of no soda. The last time I tried that I made it to 3 months but have since caved in and gotten back into the bad habit of too much soda and the scale has made me painfully aware of that. As part of the 26 pound goal I have cut soda out and am trying to cut back on serving sizes.
Work was busy but nothing really interesting to mention. A little late coming home after a meeting which added much more to my workload, that didn;t help the headache which grew as the day went on.
We had a "heat wave" today as it made it above 20!!! Actually, it is supposed to be in the 50's on Saturday, that is a good way to celebrate the first weekend after the first full week of work.
After taking some meds, watching The Big Bang Theory on TBS and waiting for the headache to go away (at least enough) I think I will end the day with a psychopathic trip through GTA 5.... such a great way to end the day and blow off some steam.
