The Day
Today started with a bad headache thanks to the weather. Low pressure fronts tend to do that to me and we had on and off monsoons much of the day.
Later in the day things got a little better as I watched the Seahawks beat the Saints... Go Hawks! The Eagles are my true team but the Seahawks have been a team that I have liked since the early 80's so they are my second team. Not the same as if the Eagles would be winning and still in the playoffs but it is a consolation prize.
Later this evening I watched the Wings play against Rochester on their YouTube channel. It was an interesting game as they started out okay and then fell apart in the second quarter. They made a valiant effort to come back but lost 13-9 to drop to 1-1. I will be going to see them tomorrow with Rachel in their home opener.
The end of the evening was little but relaxing and watching a lousy game where the stinking Patriots won. Was hoping for the Colts to upset them, maybe the Broncos will beat them next week.
Kayla, with some help from Rachel, made homemade Macaroni and Cheese tonight. It was pretty good as I had a little (she made a small portion).
